Shaker & Sphere is published by Slate Mill Group. It is a national publication rather than a shop — there is no storefront and no phone line, so please do not expect either.
What we’re especially glad to hear
- A specification we got wrong. If a manufacturer has revised a figure or we have miscopied one, send us the page and the source. We correct it and note the correction with a date, per our editorial policy.
- Arithmetic that does not check out. Every calculation on this site is meant to be reproducible from published inputs. If one is not, that is a bug and we want it.
- A product that has been discontinued or has quietly changed. A recommendation you cannot act on is worse than none.
- A question the site should answer and doesn’t. Reader questions are how we decide what to write next.
What we can’t help with
- Orders, returns and shipping. We are not a retailer. Anything you bought went through Amazon, and Amazon’s customer service is the only place that can resolve it.
- Paid placement. There is nothing to sell here — see the affiliate disclosure. Pitches for sponsored posts, link insertions and paid reviews are declined without exception.
- Product samples. We do not accept them, and accepting one would mean rewriting the page that explains what our picks are based on.
